OUR MANIFESTO: ONE PLANET, ONE GENERATION, ONE PLAN.
What are we spending our days on if not to design a plan to preserve our only planet for our children?
To you, the millennial generation, who have seen life before and after the internet: unfortunately only you have the necessary global knowledge and access to lead the world out of collapse over the next 20 years. It’s not gonna be our parents, it’s not gonna be our grandparents, it’s not gonna be your little brother or sister. Only you can.
In the news, the state of our planet is doom and gloom: another species is always disappearing, an exceptionally violent storm is ravaging another unprepared city, and some of the weirdest weather ever breaks another record. Scientists and policymakers are getting depressed, and our collective consciousness is turning to tales of apocalypse, not narratives of recovery. Welcome to the Anthropocene, the period during which human activity has become the dominant influence on the Earth’s climate and the environment, and the result is horrifying. In the meantime, our best minds are spending their days looking at the evolution of stock trading or politicizing religions or immigrations while most of us spend 5h+ per day looking at Social Media, Netflix, Youtube, or video games: We are just looking away! And this makes us feel awful, depressed, lost. And that’s normal because deep down, we know we should do something.
We need a movement of influencers, businessmen, hackers, artists, entrepreneurs, and other social activists that seek to answer and embody the question “what does a sustainable civilization look like, and how can we get there?”
We need a vision that encompasses an economic, cultural, and political possible new reality for us to build in every city that will represent our world capitals by 2030. We are not talking only about the usual suspects like New York or Shanghai. I’m talking about Mumbai, Kinshasa, Karachi, Sao Paulo, Manilla, etc. We are not only talking about the usual suspects like Harvard, Cambridge Oxford, or Tsinghua graduates. I’m talking about the normal people, the middle classes, the ones actually living the climate change, living the insecurities, living the corruption every day.
We need these people to step up and turn leaders in these local areas & create human movements that will build companies’ services & support groups that will build an equitable & climate resilience society. We need these to unite with the world leaders, politicians, investors, and corporate managers to create a new wave of impact-driven entrepreneurship. And our vision of entrepreneurship is different from the one you think.
We believe that the titan Atlas is alone, holding our only habitable planet, which is why we created a global society for our generation to support him on that task.
Meet Atlas. The Atlas Society believes in identifying, supporting, and connecting impact-driven Millennials to take concrete actions through entrepreneurship. To us being entrepreneurs is being an activist challenging the status quo, it’s being a young artist denouncing abuses, it is being a corporate executive driving positive changes and it is being a young supporter of a political entity across any cities in the world.
Today, our civilization’s entrepreneurs are anyone that proposes concrete positive actions challenging the status quo of planetary, economic, political, and moral collapse. Anyone enabling humans to live in harmony with our planet once again and is using advanced technologies to help solve the world’s century most urgent environmental societal, and governance problems.
Atlas is a movement of influencers, businessmen, hackers, artists, entrepreneurs, and other social activists that seek to answer and embody the question “what does a sustainable civilization look like, and how can we get there?”
We believe in finding and support entrepreneurs across the world that propose that humans can learn to live in harmony with the planet once again and are using advanced technologies to help solve the world's century most urgent problems.
Our armor, a global Impact Angel Syndicate — We are building a network of impact-driven angel investors and mentors, not seeking short-term profits but seeking sustainable solutions for our planet and our society. To bring humanity to survive the 21st century, people, the planet, and profits will matter and we will need your help to identify the best mentors and family offices to get there. To be part of the investor syndicate or refer someone, click here.
Our shield, an engaged Millennials Community — We are building a network of impact-driven chapters, not power freaks or megalomaniacs, simply mentors willing to empower the next generation by giving back during simple dinners or Q&A gatherings. Leveraging on the existing networks such as Global Shapers or Forbes, we are establishing an Impact Tech layer with chapter directors applications for each major city in the world. Applications are opened here.
Our sword, an inclusive political representation — We are building a social movement that gives Millennials a political voice and the space needed to take the actions that our grandparents and parents did not take. We are at the beginning of a planetary massive extinction and the internet natives in their 30–40s are the only ones that have the maturity to lead us. There is no time to waste on quarrels, we need to unite and act, now.
We are supporting Millennials that are consciously and positively responding to the Anthropocene's climate & social crisis with activism, arts, and profit-proof solutions.
OUR CORE VALUES:
Inclusive to all emerging markets
At once a vision of the future, a thoughtful provocation, and an achievable lifestyle. Every project in our movement gathers a dream, a truth, an end. A new understanding that shapes what humanity means, a reason for humans to live together and the tools for the society to achieve it. We recognize the need for clarity in the shared fate of humanity
To save Humanity from itself
As our world roils with calamity, we need solutions, not warnings. Solutions to live comfortably without depending on centralized energy, centralized consumption, and centralized thought-leading. We believe technology and moral can build an accountable economy that equitably manages scarcity and share outcomes, to be kinder to each other, to the biosphere, to the planet we share, and beyond
Protecting our only spaceship.
The aesthetics of our movement merges the practical with the beautiful, the well-designed with the fiscally responsible, the idealists with the economists. A hybrid between the bright and colorful and earthy and solid. That a lasting movement is one that is sustainable in both the ethical and financial sense.

FAQ - Atlas Accelerator
What you need to know before applying to our accelerator.
What is The Atlas Accelerator?
The Atlas Accelerator is Asia’s early-stage accelerator for sustainability tech startups. We focus mostly on early-stage investments, from Pre-Seed to Series A.
Atlas also manages a global selective community of hackers, founders, corporate executives, investors, and influencers called Atlas Society. It has more than 14 chapters with members in New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and more.
What is Sustainability Tech?
Solving a sustainability problem using an interdisciplinary mix of marketing, technology and engineering.
Sustainability Tech startups face many risks of undervaluation in their early days and need a supportive network and capital to help them go through R&D cycles as well as global scale. The Atlas exists to bring this type of capital, corporate support, and influencer’s reach to the most ambitious sustainability tech founders worldwide.
What is The Atlas Accelerator Thesis?
We accelerate in early-stage companies that are building a sustainable tech future for our civilization. We partner with companies building products in renewable energy, agritech, health, education, financial inclusion as long as they are able to create long-term competitive advantages through technological defensibility.
Members of The Atlas Society and Atlas Accelerators alumni are our first source of new investments. We accelerate then invest through our investment syndicate as early as the formation of the company and as late as Series A. The Atlas Capital check size ranges from $50k to $500k.
Can The Atlas Capital lead a round?
At this stage, The Atlas Capital does not lead rounds but mainly or co-invest with other investors found during the accelerator program (mostly at pre-seed or seed).
Whether we co-invest or not depends on several factors which include round size, geography, and network team’s expertise on a specific market.
Is The Atlas Capital a globally VC fund?
Today, Atlas Capital is (only) a small investment syndicate of 100 investors globally. We are currently fundraising our first $10m fund - Atlas Impact Fund One to invest most in emerging markets sustainability tech companies - aiming to start the fund by 2022 end.
In the meantime, we created Atlas Society to gather up an extensive support network that is gathering like-minded people to share resources and news with no monthly fees and Atlas Accelerator supporting sustainability tech founders from 0 to 100 staff.
How does Atlas Accelerator evaluate startups?
For both investments of Atlas Capital and membership in Atlas Accelerator, we only consider sustainability tech startups that are in the ESG (Environment, Societal and Governmental) sector, or come from Atlas Society alumni.
Out of respect for the collaborative nature of Atlas, we do not accept companies that we believe are not part of the ESG sector or competitive with members of Atlas Accelerator alumnus.
We believe that the best sustainability tech founders can come from anywhere, which is why we are agnostic as to stage, geography, and B2B/B2C products. However, we expect you to have at least a functional prototype so that we know you’ve put in the work. Success in the ESG sector requires the right kind of founder.
We put just as much time into understanding how you and your team work together, how you face tough challenges, and whether you will benefit from and contribute to our community.
How do I join from Atlas Accelerator?
You should first apply to Atlas Society. The best way for us to get to know you is to evaluate you as a member of our community. You will have a better chance of being noticed when you’re raising money if you are already a member of Atlas Society.
Our process of evaluating companies for acceleration or investment begins with the same conversation we would have with you as a prospective member of Atlas Society. We may have multiple conversations with you and introduce you to different people in Atlas Society to test your mindset and that your core values are a match. If these conversations go well, we will schedule a partner meeting, where all our partners get to know you better.
In the partner meeting, we will ask you to put together a short deck to present for 15-20 minutes followed by 25-30 minutes of questions. We like to keep these meetings focused on short, data-driven discussions.
We debrief during our regular team meetings. Because we are thorough, sometimes it can take us a few weeks to make a decision and accept your a part of Atlas Accelerator. Please be patient.
